RETURN POLICY

1. No return will be accepted without written authorization.

2. All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt merchandise. 

3. All authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. The following are non-returnable, years or dated items, engraving or custom work.  

5. Credit due to customer will be applied within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise. 

No cash or check refund will be issued.                                                                                                

6. All shortages or damage claims must be reported within 7 days of invoice date.

    No return will be honored after 14 days.
